of heritage, of relationship to land and plant,
of the body as a living, dynamic expression of experience.

this lives in me through my slovak lineage from the bohemia region—
a lineage shaped by movement, story, intuition, and deep listening to the unseen.
this work is, in part, a way of remembering that inheritance with care and reverence.

through herbalism, astrology, and the lived language of the body,
i explore what becomes possible when we meet life and medicine
not as fixed systems, but as evolving conversations.

each offering—whether a hydrosol, a workshop, or a shared gathering—
is an invitation into that curiosity.
