The apothecary is an extension of my practice in herbalism and astrology. Much of what I create begins in consultation—listening to what is present in the body, the patterns asking for attention, and the season of life someone is moving through.

Because our bodies are dynamic, the medicines we work with can be too. Custom tinctures, herbal infusions, and hydrosol blends are created in response to the individual and may shift as needs, seasons, and circumstances change.

Alongside custom formulations, I offer a small collection of seasonal botanical medicines in the apothecary at Sisters Wellness Collective.

Everything is made in small batches and limited quantities, guided by the plants that are abundant and available. Many are grown or sustainably wildcrafted here in the Metolius Basin, with others coming from local farms and medicine makers whose relationship with plants I deeply trust.

Hydrosols are aromatic plant waters created through steam distillation. Each batch is slowly distilled in copper using Metolius Basin spring water and bottled in violet glass. The plants change with the landscape and season, making each distillation an expression of a particular plant, place, and moment.

Tinctures are concentrated herbal extracts. A small collection of curated blends is available through the apothecary, while individualized tinctures are formulated through consultation.

There is a kind of weaving that happens here between earth and sky, plant and person, season and body. Again and again, I am astonished by the ways what is abundant in the landscape seems to meet what is asking for tending within us.
