  Week 1 — foundation and intention setting
  We gather to co-create our container. We will move through introductions, and an overview of the cleanse, what to expect, how to prepare, and daily rhythms that support the work ahead.

  Week 2 — Gut Knowing & the Living World Within
  We gather to explore the gut brain axis, from the lens of western medicine, herbalism, and astrological medicine. We will explore the deep conversation between the gut and mind, and the unseen ecosystem that shapes our well-being.

  Week 3 — Nourishing the Inner Landscape
  Plant intake begins this week. Discussion centers on how the body supports digestion of emotion, experience, and thought, and the ways we can tend and strengthen our internal terrain.

  Week 4 — Weaving What’s Been Stirred
  Plant intake completes this week after either 7 or 10 days, depending on individual needs. Cleansing the digestive system impacts the the whole body—physical, emotional, and energetic. We will explore how release stirs surface and deeper layers, and gentle, accessible ways to support the whole being during this process.

  Week 5 — Continuing the Cycle
  Cleanses can be an ongoing cycle of restoration of right relationship, illuminating boundaries or lack thereof. Understanding that a “successful” cleanse is one that is in ongoing integration. We will explore ongoing care and maintenance—practices to keep the body clear, the mind bright, and the inner ecosystem in harmony.
